Bright Path Specialised Care was conceptualised by Busy Bees Asia and the Bright Path team with the strong belief that every child deserves equal footing in education, ultimately giving them the best start in life. It leverages on the expertise of our in-house Inclusive Education Specialist Team to equip teachers, carefully selected from the Busy Bees network of preschools in Singapore, with the appropriate knowledge and skills to create an inclusive learning environment for all children – including those with added needs.

We also provide 1-to-1 therapy at Busy Bees Centres. For children enrolled at any of our Busy Bees preschools.

Testimonials

My team really benefited from the knowledge and expertise shown by the Bright Path Specialised Care team, namely Eunice, who had visited our centre. What amazed us was that in a short timeframe of her observation, she was able to share with us in detail of her in-depth understanding of them. She was able to share personalised intervention plans for each child and made it easy to understand and relatable. Months after the visit, I can see that my team is still using the strategies shared by Eunice. It opened our eyes to different ways in which we can help our children and their families.

An excellent effort put across by the BPSC team. The children and my team really benefitted from it. Thank you!

Gayathri

Principal (Learning Vision @ Interlocal)

A heartfelt thanks to the Bright Path team for taking the time to support our teachers in the understanding and development of our children, to create a more inclusive preschool. We are now better equipped in supporting children with different needs. Special shout out to Valencia for her patience in guiding us with strategies that we can use in our classrooms. We are truly inspired by her dedication!

Joen Zhou

Vice Principal (Learning Vision @ Hwa Chong)

I’m grateful to Busy Bees for establishing Bright Path Specialised Care (BPSC) team. The curated programmes on special needs care offered by BPSC team provides insightful knowledge for novice educators like us in the areas of specialised care. Through one-to-one observation and follow up consultation by Tricia and her team, my teachers and I have implemented the suggested strategies to help children with learning needs develop to their fullest potential. Today, we see how these strategies coupled with educators’ consistency in implementation achieve the milestones of the children in our centre. Benjamin Franklin says, “Tell and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn”. I’m confident that together we can achieve more and guide our children to soar greater heights! Thank you!

Principal (Learning Vision @ Nanyang Technological University)

Working with Bright Path Specialised Care (BPSC) has been an enriching learning journey for my team and myself. This networking session not only benefited us, but the children with additional needs and their families too! The assistance provided by BPSC has helped us to change our perceptions and taught us many new strategies to better handle families and respect inclusion as a whole. With these Early Intervention practices put in place, it has helped our team to better understand the impact on the importance of this journey to work closely with children and their families.

Nisha

Principal (Pat’s Schoolhouse @ Prinsep)

Tricia and her team seeks to understand the challenges that the teachers face in class. Not only do the teachers feel that they are supported but they are also provided with the resources that they need to work with a child with additional needs. As the teachers are often not trained to handle children with additional needs, Tricia and her team also makes my teachers feel reassured that they are not in this journey alone. Thank you for all that you do, Tricia and Bright Path!

Stacy Oberoi

Mentor Principal (Brighton Montessori @ River Valley)

I wanted to reach out to thank all in BPSC Team for their tremendous efforts to support each and every centre for their first step towards inclusive education. During this period, I am glad to say that we have developed great partnership which is  aligned with one of our core values – children first. Through your dedication, it has been very beneficial for myself and even my teachers when Valencia had came down to the centre for school visit. We appreciate your attention to detail and creative approach which includes sharing of good learning strategies. Thank you to BPSC Team once again!

First and foremost, my team and I would like to express our gratefulness to the Bright Path Specialised Care (BPSC) team for all their encouragement, motivation, support, help, assistance, patience, advice, guidance and for always being there for us!

Things have been different since the start of our collaboration. Learning and using the different strategies really helps not only for the teachers but also the children as well. My teachers improve on their classroom management skills and the children are more self-regulated in their routines.

Corrine Seah

Principal (Small Wonder @ Punggol Ripples)

Tricia and her team are very professional when they came over to the centre to work with our teachers and children. They shared with us some strategies and advices on how we can better cater to the different needs of the children. This benefits us greatly as we gained further insights about inclusive education. I can feel Tricia’s passion in the children and on what she is doing, when she shared with me her observations. Definitely look forward to more collaboration with Tricia and her team!
